Maverick Equipment Manufacturing Inc. Announces New Facility in Dorchester County

Columbia, South Carolina

August 18, 2010 – The South Carolina
Department of Commerce
and Dorchester County today announced that Maverick
Equipment Manufacturing
Inc., a maker of hydraulic
hammers and components, will locate its new facility in Dorchester County.
The $1.5 million
investment is expected
to generate 71 new jobs over the next five years
for South Carolina.

about this new facility and look forward to starting operations at our new manufacturing facility.

to locate here," said Sean Raimbeault, president of Maverick
Equipment Manufacturing.

Maverick Equipment
Manufacturing will locate its hydraulic hammers and parts operation in Dorchester
County, at 2745 West Fifth North Street
in Summerville. The company’s sales office has already relocated to the
new facility and is servicing clients.

necessary for businesses to be successful, such as low taxes
