QUOTES

“Zapp has
found South Carolina to be a welcoming, family-oriented location for our
American wire operations. As a 300-year-old, family-owned company, we have
enjoyed being part of the Summerville and Charleston area community for the
past 20 years. We are very pleased to be expanding our operations and adding
people, capacity and capabilities. Over the next several years, we will break
ground for a new building addition and install the steel-working equipment
needed to produce precision metallic bars. While Zapp operates similar
equipment in Europe today, this state-of-the-art equipment will give us the
ability to better support our North American customers while also increasing
our global capacity to produce close-tolerance metallic bars.” –Zapp Group Executive Board Member Dr.
Stefan Seng
